High Places Yoga Outdoor Retreat
On September 19 at Willowdale Chapel’s Kennett campus, High Places Yoga held an outdoor candlelight retreat. Shannon Hargreaves and Nancy Pledger, as part of High Places Yoga, were honored to have 44 women join them for an evening candlelight yoga flow and journaling time. The group engaged in wholehearted worship with their breath, mind, and movements outside under the beautiful stars and tent. Shannon and Nancy encouraged each person in their journey towards the High Places of transformation, victory and union with Christ through scripture readings, Christian music and the modality of yoga.
